What is storage area network? Storage area network otherwise known
as SAN enables high-speed
access to several different storage devices at the same time allowing
for your employees or client to have the resources that they need
at their finger tips. This is accomplished by linking your storage
capabilities through multiple servers, usually mainframes. Some
of the other benefits that are offered through a SAN is immediate
access to tape libraries, data migration, and archival and retrieval
